Partnership with HRCU Captured in New Case Study

Blogs often point out thought leadership or a good story. Here is one, which includes both, from Synergent staff. We would like to share our new case study that captures the partnership between HRCU (formerly Holy Rosary Credit Union) and Synergent:

For more than a year, Synergent and HRCU have been partners in member satisfaction. Recently, Synergent released a new case study to capture this partnership and share the value that a service bureau can bring to a credit union from conversion and beyond.

Chief Operating Officer for HRCU Rosemary Shields comments that “From the start, the Synergent team was all about getting it done and getting it done right. They went above and beyond, thinking outside of the box to create workflows that were customized to us.”

The Synergent Implementations & Training Team worked hard to ensure that HRCU had the tools they needed to prepare for a core conversion, and HRCU took conversion dedication to a new level, providing computer labs for their staff to practice the new system after hours.

After a successful core conversion, HRCU utilized Synergent’s Direct Marketing Services team to help send out notifications to their membership that there would be a system upgrade, keeping the lines of member communication open. However, the true benefit of targeted marketing using the Episys platform was realized when Synergent’s Direct Marketing Services team worked with HRCU to create a targeted marketing campaign that would see a return on investment of $331.29 for every marketing dollar spent in February 2014! “All elements of the campaign, including the creative pieces, designed by them, hit the mark. The very lofty financial goals we set far exceeded my expectations” states Brian Hughes, President/CEO of HRCU.

Synergent’s staff works hard to provide the level of service to credit unions that credit unions would want to provide to their members, and the partnership with HRCU is just one example of the exceptional service standards that Synergent provides all credit union partners.
