To provide you quick access to important information related to COVID-19, Synergent is maintaining resource pages for credit unions on its website and within My Synergent. Updates on all resource pages will continue to be made as new information becomes available.

On Synergent’s publicly-facing website, a new section has been added within the Learning Center entitled Coronavirus Update. This section includes information about what Synergent is doing and what credit unions can do is contained here.
A list of COVID-19 Resources is being maintained. It contains quick links to authoritative resources, such as those from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization, as well as helpful business and compliance links.
We are hearing that criminals are impersonating financial institutions and government agencies over email and voicemail and asking credit card account holders to provide personally identifiable information (PII). Tips to keep your members’ information safe and links for more information can be found on the COVID-19 Scams and Fraud page.
To assist you in communicating with your members about COVID-19, we have provided sample messaging for your members on the COVID-19 Message Templates page.
These pages will continue to be updated and others will be added if necessary. These resources were created with you, our credit union partners, in mind, but they are publicly accessible to help all who may benefit from them.
