Solutions Consultant - Technology
In this technology consultant role, you will be at the forefront of transforming technology solutions for credit unions, with a strong focus on leveraging the Symitar platform. Your expertise will drive impactful client engagements and foster deep, lasting relationships by delivering customized technology strategies and demonstrations that truly resonate with our clients’ needs. Imagine assessing and enhancing tech infrastructures, conducting powerful Symitar-based technology demos, uncovering new business opportunities, and sharing industry insights that inspire innovation. Your work will be hands-on and collaborative, with a focus on evaluating and optimizing technology solutions on the Symitar platform to close gaps and align with each credit union’s unique goals. Through engaging discovery calls, insightful vendor assessments, and meaningful reference visits, you will play a crucial role in guiding credit unions toward technology solutions that elevate their success.
- Collaborate with Solutions team to prepare and perform demonstrations of our products and services to new and existing credit unions.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with credit unions to understand their unique needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure that a valid database is available to complete high-quality demonstrations to prospective users and third-party interfaces.
- Monitor contract renewal timelines and maintain comprehensive records. Provide detailed reports on renewal status, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Educate credit union clients on contract terms, conditions, and their implications, ensuring they fully understand their obligations and benefits.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in contract management and renewals within the credit union sector. Leverage this knowledge to enhance processes and strategies.
- Work closely with sales, legal, finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract renewal and management processes, and to support overall business objectives.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of identifying and closing business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing needs.
