Coronavirus Resource Center
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Synergent has taken proactive measures to ensure the products and services your credit union depends on remain unaffected by any widespread outbreak of the virus in our region. We also are equally committed to protecting the health and well-being of our employees and their families.
What Synergent Is Doing
Synergent’s comprehensive Business Continuity Plan makes us well prepared for this type of event. Our companywide remote work capabilities are regularly tested, and our facility’s infection control measures have been ramped up to protect our employees in the office.
Synergent also has canceled or is rescheduling all events scheduled to take place through September 30. In addition, Synergent is suspending all non-emergency travel to credit unions, business partners, and other meetings inside and outside Maine for the same period.
Resuming Lobby Services
Synergent has developed a number of resources to assist credit unions as they slowly begin to reopen their lobbies. The Coronavirus Response Center on the Synergent’s website now includes a new section, Resuming Lobby Services. There, you will find, among other things:
- Lobby services checklist
- Draft communication to members and employees about lobby re-start
- Door signage regarding face coverings
- Cleaning and disinfecting guidance
- Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidance
We will continue adding material to this section of the site as it becomes available.
