In this session, we will discuss specific changes that affect the chargeback process and dispute resolution rules that have been put in place since the October 2017 publication. For the credit unions that use Synergent Card Services to process chargebacks, we will be covering our process changes that will affect how and when you send your chargebacks to us. For credit unions that process their own chargebacks, we will also review the changes that have been made to Single Point Corrections. Attendees should have an understanding of the former Visa Dispute Rules to receive the most benefit from this webinar.
