At last year’s Connect User Conference, our team shared an overview of the invoicing prototype that would be accessible via the My Synergent user portal. The prototype has now moved from beta into a pilot phase.

“We are very excited about the next generation of My Synergent,” shared Bruce Mills, Synergent Product Owner for Salesforce, the platform that drives the My Synergent portal. “The convenience of invoices and statements published to My Synergent continues our drive to provide a holistic view of your data to you. Transparency, efficiency, and collaboration are the foundation of My Synergent. We will continue to build onto that foundation and providing access to invoices is part of that.”

How It Works

With the new invoicing functionality available in My Synergent, the Synergent Accounting team is able to publish a prepared invoice to My Synergent that the credit union can then access at login. In this central location, current and archived invoices can be quickly and easily located in one spot. Users can opt to be notified via email when new invoices are published and available for download.

“We always are more than happy to assist credit unions one-on-one, but this self-service feature provides an option to access invoices without delay,” said Cheryl Garland, Team Lead of Corporate Billing for Synergent. “Credit union staff can login anytime, anywhere to access the invoices they need.”

A few credit unions have tried the new invoicing functionality in the beta phase and provided valuable feedback that already has been incorporated.
