My Synergent is your go-to, self-service portal to access resources, complete tickets for service, and to stay up-to-date on the latest product updates. With ease-of-use and security always at the top of our minds, updates to list filters and user management have been made. An updated URL also is coming soon.

We want My Synergent to be an essential tool that meets the needs of credit unions.”

List Filters

Lists can be lengthy and cumbersome. In order to streamline list generation, My Synergent users now have access to a new functionality to configure lists. Any user now can:

  • Create a customized view of any list including cases. To do this, click the gear icon in the upper right side of the list and select “New.”
  • Clone and modify existing views. Click the gear icon in the upper right side of the list and select “Clone.”
  • Add filters to fine tune data by status, priority, owner, or other combinations of fields. Click the funnel icon in the upper right side of the list.
  • Select the Kanban option for easier viewing. Click the display icon in the upper right side of the list and select “Kanban.”

User Management Update

In response to the growing number of My Synergent users, we will be adding enhancements for the administrator function in two phases.

The first phase will provide new, separate tabs for active and inactive users. Multiple views also will be available to users based on how they are filtering profiles.

The second phase will provide a new wizard to assist the administrator in managing active contacts, name updates, and email changes. The administrator will also be able to synchronize other contact data and portal user information.

Coming Soon: Enhanced Domains Release

In the next few months, Salesforce will be pushing an enhanced domains release that will force the creation of a new link to My Synergent. Once live, credit unions will need to save the new link to access My Synergent. The date is still to be determined, but we wanted to provide as much advance notice of this important change to ensure credit union awareness.
