Effective immediately, nearly all Learning Center webinars are being offered exclusively as recordings. Episys and other product release webinars and certain other select sessions will be offered live to provide the best level of assistance and access to information. Webinars involving system upgrades may benefit from having an interactive live session that allows for questions. In the event of a live webinar, a recording will always follow.

“Based on attendance numbers and credit union feedback, the majority of credit unions have indicated that they would rather view a recording at their convenience rather than attend a scheduled live session, even if that live session offered them the opportunity to interact with the trainer,” shared Kathy Newman, Synergent Director of Technical Communications. “The Synergent Learning Center’s Education Subscription program is a valuable resource available to our credit union partners, evidenced by the more than 700 user accounts set up to date.”

Learning Success

Since it was launched in April 2017, nearly 200 recordings have been created and archived in the Synergent Learning Center’s library. These recordings have literally reached thousands of credit union staff across the country, with nearly 2,300 unique views to date. Offerings initially covered only Episys-related topics, but have expanded to now include payments sessions.

“The most popular recording to date is ‘10 Things You Might Not Know About Episys’ with more than 160 views,” stated Newman. “Webinars on EasyWriter are also popular, with close to 150 viewings.”
