Your credit union team relies on My Synergent as your go-to, self-service portal to access resources, complete tickets for service, and to stay current on the latest product updates. This month, we want to provide an update regarding a change in the My Synergent URL that is coming on December 3, 2022, that we mentioned in last month’s edition of Synergent Insights.

“The Salesforce Enhanced Domains release is an effort to comply with the latest browser requirements, but it unfortunately necessitates the URL change,” said Bruce Mills, Product Owner – Salesforce for Synergent. “We want to provide as much information in advance as possible to ensure there are little to no disruptions when trying to access My Synergent.”

Enhanced Domains Release

Salesforce will soon be pushing an enhanced domains release that will force the creation of a new link to My Synergent. On December 3, 2022 at 1:00 pm ET, the mandatory upgrade will occur. This deployment will change the URL used by credit unions when accessing the portal.

What Credit Unions Need To Do

For the time being, all network traffic using the old URL will be redirected to the new URL: https://synergentcorp.my.site.com/customercommunity. After December 3, credit union users are asked to use the new URL and to update bookmarks accordingly.
