Payroll and Benefits Coordinator – This position is responsible for processing the company’s weekly payroll, assisting with our employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The incumbent will also support the Employee Recognition Program and employee onboarding.

Solutions Architect – In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for designing integrated and scalable solutions to credit union business problems through software architecture research, prototypes, and recommendations, in alignment with the Information Technology team’s divisional strategic plans.

Business Analyst – As a member of the Information Technology – Development team, this role is responsible for providing superior support through research and analysis of projects to promote the effective utilization of the Enterprise software solutions. This position leads credit unions in implementing existing products and services on the core platform. The incumbent performs analysis and unit testing and prepares documentation.

Account Relationship Manager – Are you a “people person” who loves providing top-notch support and service to credit unions? This position requires a strong understanding of products and services and the ability to discuss them with credit unions at a high level. The incumbent will collaborate with credit unions strategically to build a strong rapport and to ensure a positive journey with the Enterprise. This position requires up to 60% travel.
