Implementation & Training Analyst

Synergent’s Training team is currently seeking candidates for the role of Implementations & Training Analyst. This position is an integral part of our Implementation & Training Services team, which is responsible for Symitar’s Episys software implementation/installation process, as well as training our clients on our core.

We are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual to provide assistance to credit unions with:

  • Pre-conversion assessments
  • Timely completion of conversion and training
    processes
  • Development and presentation of training
    programs (including webinars, document revision, on-site training)
  • Assist/troubleshoot client reported issues and
    requests

This position requires up to 50% travel time depending on business needs.

The successful candidate will have training experience with solid customer service skills and the ability to work independently. Credit union experience is preferred. A strong desire to address difficult problems, be a solid team player, and learn quickly is necessary to provide value to our new clients.
