Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator

Help us grow! We are seeking a Contract Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator to support our Human Resources and Management teams in the recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Development of recruitment strategies to achieve desired staffing levels including creation of job posts, networking, attending college/university job fairs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of qualifications/requirements needed of candidates.
  • Review all incoming resumes, conduct phone pre-screenings, schedule interviews, reference checking and conduct background checks.
  • Compile new hire welcome kits, provide facility tours, and process new hire paperwork.
  • Assist the AVP – Human Resources with payroll processing.
  • Assist with training new hires on various company systems and platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong recruiting, networking and onboarding background, excellent customer service and problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities. Superior time management and organization skills a must.
