Systems Support Specialist

Help us grow!  Our Operations team is seeking a Systems Support Specialist to provide daily resolution to internal support requests, deployments and maintenance of hardware/software, as well as third-party repair coordination when needed.  This individual will also serve as backup for technical support roles requiring 7×24 coverage.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing superior problem solving support for hardware and software issues.
  • Assisting in credit union conversions on hardware-related products and installations.
  • Providing phone and in-person support to staff and credit unions.
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of the desktop and server environment as it relates to software requirements and peripherals.
  • Working with all business units to gain a working knowledge of all technical products and connections requiring hardware/software installations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude with both hardware and software, excellent customer service and problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities.  Superior time management and organization skills a must.
