Synergent is currently seeking candidates for an Implementation & Training Analyst to join the team. This position is an integral part of our Operations – Training team responsible for Symitar’s Episys software implementation/installation process, as well as training our clients on our core.
We seek a self-motivated, driven individual to assist credit unions with:
- Pre-conversion assessments
- Timely completion of conversion and training processes
- Development and presentation of training programs (including webinars, document revision, on-site training)
- Assist/troubleshoot client reported issues and requests
This position requires up to 50% travel time depending on the business needs.
The successful candidate will have training experience with solid customer service skills and the ability to work independently. Credit Unions experience is preferred. A strong desire to address difficult problems, be a solid team player, and learn quickly is necessary to provide value to our new clients.
