Learning Center Webinars Now Available in My Synergent

Synergent credit union partners have long had the option to subscribe to the Learning Center, a repository of archived recordings covering step-by-step product instruction and other online training. On August 7, the Learning Center was moved from synergentcorp.com to the My Synergent portal.

“Moving content to the portal provides our credit union partners a single, streamlined place to access their Learning Center subscription, Job Aids, and Knowledge Articles,” shared Karen Martin, Assistant Vice President of Product Management at Synergent. “My Synergent continues to grow and evolve as the go-to resource for credit unions.”

What is changing?

The location for a credit union’s Learning Center subscription will now reside in the My Synergent portal. If your credit union is subscribed, you will see the dropdown menu illustrated in the following screenshot.

Select “eLearning Recordings” and you will be presented with the following listing of recordings available to your credit union.

User Management

If you have a Learning Center subscription, your credit union’s My Synergent users will now be able to access the training recordings and still have access to Knowledge Articles and Job Aids.

If you have a new employee or a user does not have the access as they expect, please select the “Add New User” in the eLearning dropdown and we will review and add the user setup.

User management for the Learning Center will be set up initially by Synergent.
