Banno:

The Banno Digital Platform™ by Jack Henry offers a cohesive, member-focused experience fully customizable to your credit union’s brand. Mobile Banking

SMS Text Platform:

Members can conveniently enroll in mobile banking via their smartphones using WAP and sign up for SMS Text banking, making banking tasks easier. With simple text commands sent to a designated phone number, members can access account balance, history, and even transfer funds, all through SMS.


Faster Payments:

Integrated with the Symitar core, Faster Payments are a flexible solution positioned for growth.


Access Softek Mobile Finance Manager (MFM):

A customizable mobile banking solution, leveraging Jack Henry’s SymConnect integration. MFM seamlessly connects to the Symitar platform hosted by Synergent. This integration offers flexibility and supports popular downloadable applications without relying on a specific online banking system.


Mobile Deposit Capture:

Synergent collaborates with Ensenta to provide a mobile deposit capture product integrated with Access Softek. This solution enables real-time posting through Shared Branching transactions, facilitating immediate fund deposits. This is available for both business and personal banking members.

JHA PayCenter:

This umbrella program enables credit unions to facilitate real-time payments for members, covering a range of transactions such as Zelle and The Clearing House RTP® solutions for various purposes including account-to-account, business-to-consumer, consumer-to-business, and business-to-business transactions. It seamlessly integrates with the Jack Henry Symitar Core, ensuring smooth operations.


RTP Receive:

Credit unions can leverage RTP Receive for various immediate payment needs, including different payroll types (e.g., gig and rideshare), payroll disbursements, digital wallet transfers, and account-to-account transfers.


Zelle:

Zelle® offers a simple person-to-person (P2P) payments solution for individuals with U.S. checking or savings accounts. It seamlessly integrates with mobile and online banking solutions, including the Jack Henry Symitar® core, allowing credit union members to access the service directly through their existing digital banking app.
