Business Analyst/Consultant – This position is responsible for providing superior support through research and analysis of projects to promote the effective utilization of the Enterprise software solutions. This position leads credit unions in implementing existing products and services on the core platform. The incumbent performs analysis and unit testing, and prepares documentation. Expertise with General Ledger and Lending required/ highly preferred.
Implementation and Training Analyst – This position is responsible for the development, coordination, and facilitation of technical and skills-based training programs for Synergent credit union partners. The incumbent will train on the Symitar Core Processing system and specialized financial products and services, focusing on core conversion projects. This position also provides software implementation services to new and merging credit unions and supports a variety of applications including, but not limited to, loans and general ledger. This position is responsible for providing superior customer support through implementation processes, needs analysis, unit testing, documentation, set-up support, and training. This position involves extensive customer interaction and service, and the incumbent will demonstrate sound technical knowledge as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills. 50% travel is required in support of conversion projects, go-live processes, and other credit union programs.
Customer Service Specialist – This position follows the Customer Service Associate position in growth within the Operations – Customer Service department. This position is responsible for building superior relationships with credit union partners through being the single point of contact to provide effective resolutions to daily research, transactions, and software processing challenges. The incumbent solidifies relationships by personalizing credit union interactions through high-quality phone, email, and web communication tools, while also assisting other Customer Service Associates/Specialists with complex tasks. This position develops, maintains, and reviews all areas of Customer Service for possible workflow improvement and efficiencies, including documentation. This position requires extended hours and weekend on-call coverage in support of credit unions.
Product Analyst – This position assists the Product Development team in documenting and supporting product knowledge throughout the Enterprise, and facilitates credit union education as well as the publication of product related materials. The incumbent coordinates product demonstrations for staff and credit unions as well as the collection and processing of product and market feedback. This position requires the maintenance and coordination of internal and partner relationships to facilitate product knowledge and decision-making. Some travel may be required. The focus for the analyst will be for payment services.
