Implementation and Training Analyst – This position is responsible for all internal and external training in a timely and professional manner. The incumbent coordinates resources and provides the training support necessary for credit unions that are merging and for newly converted credit unions to experience high-quality implementations. The incumbent assists in the delivery of new products and services, and acts as support analyst when not working on an implementation project. This position requires frequent, up to 50%, and extended travel.
Business Analyst – Our Development team is currently seeking a Business Analyst with prior financial services and technical experience. The incumbent provides superior technical support through research and analysis of complex incidents to promote the effective utilization of the divisions’ software solutions. Additionally, this position will lead credit unions in implementing new products and services for credit unions on the Episys platform.
Programmer/Analyst – Our Development team is seeking a candidate for a Programmer/Analyst to be responsible for all phases of software development: technical analysis, coding, and unit testing. The incumbent will provide high quality software development with the goal of meeting the desired software solution which is designed to meet the business needs of credit unions and our organization.
Production Support Specialist – Our IT – Information Systems team is currently searching for a Production Support Specialist to support production processing including batch job & automation setup, and UNIX scripting to deliver application output.
eServices Specialist – The Information Services department is seeking an eServices Specialist. The successful candidate will ensure our online & audio banking, credit retrieval and document archival applications provide superior functionality, and guide the acquisition/development of new products and services while providing product expertise and implementation support. This position also provides problem resolution support and assistance to other staff.
Conversion Business Analyst – We are currently searching for a mid-level Conversion Business Analyst responsible for converting credit union deposit portfolios. This will include understanding clients’ current product offerings and functionality; creating conversion strategy, architecture and coding specifications; and assisting with database validation, testing of product behavior and batch processing (included but not limited to ACH, drafts, certificates, and IRAs). Work to ensure client success by frequently troubleshooting and suggesting ways to improve products and create efficiencies.
Senior Programmer/Analyst – The Development Team is looking for an experienced Programmer/Analyst. Our programming team is made up of 10 programmers and a data analyst and is responsible for supporting a wide range of projects and technologies.
