Team Lead – Check Processing – This position follows the Senior Check Processing Specialist position in growth within the Information Systems – Checks department. This position schedules the team’s workflow to ensure timely completion of daily/weekly/monthly work. The incumbent assists in identifying training needs as well as other possible areas of improvement with the daily/weekly/monthly workflow. The incumbent provides staff coaching and annual performance reviews in conjunction with management.
AVP – Development – This position is responsible for coordinating research and programming resources within the Development Department to ensure the Enterprise delivers superior analysis, research and programming assistance.
Automation Engineer – This position follows the Senior Automation Engineer position in growth within the Information Systems – OPS department. The incumbent is responsible for supporting all requirements of production processing, including batch job setup, automation setup, and Unix scripting necessary to deliver core and third-party application output. The incumbent is required to be on call 24×7 for any issues related to these responsibilities.
Learning and Development Specialist – This position is responsible for the development, coordination, and facilitation of technical and skills-based training programs for Maine Credit Union League and Synergent staff and credit union partners. The incumbent will train on the Episys Core Processing system, specialized financial products, and internal employee relations programs. The incumbent will develop learning plans, facilitation guides, training manuals, and evaluation tools for standard and custom programs. Some travel is required in support of conversion-merger projects and credit union programs.
Enterprise Risk Coordinator – This position is responsible for supporting Enterprise Risk Management Team with Business Continuity and Information Security Program activities to assess and manage risk including coordinating, documenting, tracking, and communicating the execution of testing, internal and external auditing, security gap analysis and governance support.
Team Leader – Implementation and Training – This position leads the Implementation & Training team in providing a high-level of support to credit unions for conversions, mergers, and single-product deployments. The incumbent oversees the training of existing credit unions and internal staff on products and services.
Senior Business Analyst/Consultant – This position follows the Senior Business Analyst position for growth within the Core Conversion & Consulting team. This role is responsible for providing superior data analysis, consulting, and team mentoring/support through consulting engagements and conversions, mergers and migration projects. The incumbent leads credit unions through various events to including but not limited to system utilization, data analysis, data clean up, and project management. The incumbent sets expectations for Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts to successfully convert existing and new products and services on the core platform. This role also performs final validation of the entire Episys core functionality prior to project live date. This position requires frequent, up to 50% travel, both local and non-local to Maine.
eServices Specialist – This position follows the eServices Associate position in growth within the eServices department. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring online banking, audio banking, credit retrieval, and document archival applications provide leading-edge functionality. Responsibilities include product implementations, escalated support requests, and infrastructure support through systems analysis, database analysis, and product expertise. The incumbent is also responsible for providing 24×7 problem-resolution support, as well as Level 2 guidance and assistance to other staff.
Check Processing Specialist – This entry-level position is responsible for the accurate and timely performance of daily data entry and maintenance functions as requested by credit unions and internal staff. The incumbent is responsible for entering all data received from various sources into multiple web portals and/or balancing workbooks. The incumbent is also responsible for accurately performing departmental tasks within established deadlines. This position is responsible for balancing daily files in excess of $100M daily on behalf of our credit unions. The incumbent performs exception processing and meets Federal Reserve Bank and Electronic Check Clearing House Organization (ECCHO) deadlines and follows regulations established by both.
Sales Engineer – Payments – This position serves as a liaison to support internal teams with sales to existing credit union customers and serves as the primary liaison for new prospect sales engagements. The incumbent possesses extensive business and technical knowledge that will be relied upon to educate credit unions on the Enterprise’s competitive advantages, including complimentary technology and marketing support and services. This position is responsible for developing a sales funnel and managing and supporting the Enterprise’s sales process as well as working in conjunction with the internal sales team to expand the Enterprise’s footprint in the national market. Travel is required.
Customer Service Associate – This position is responsible for building strong relationships with credit unions through being the single point of contact and providing effective resolutions to daily research, transactions, and software processing challenges. The incumbent solidifies relationships by personalizing the credit union interaction through high-quality phone, email, and web communication tools. This position can require extended hours and weekend on-call coverage in support of our credit union partners.
Business Analyst – This position is responsible for providing superior support through research and analysis of projects to promote the effective utilization of the Enterprise software solutions. This position leads credit unions in implementing existing products and services on the core platform. The incumbent performs analysis, unit testing, and prepares documentation.
Implementation & Training Analyst – This position is responsible for all internal and external training in a timely and professional manner. The incumbent coordinates resources and provides the training support necessary for credit unions that are merging and for newly converted credit unions to experience high-quality implementations. The incumbent assists in the delivery of new products and services, and acts as support analyst when not working on an implementation project. This position requires frequent, up to 50%, and extended travel.
