Facilities Manager – Our Human Resources & Facilities team is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the ongoing maintenance, vendor management, project management, and facility systems support needs in both our Westbrook and New Gloucester locations. This position will require 24×7 problem resolution support.
Production Support Specialist – This position follows the Production Support Associate position in growth within the Information Systems – OPS department. The incumbent is responsible for supporting all requirements of production processing, including batch job setup, automation setup, and Unix scripting necessary to deliver core and third-party application output. Knowledge of AIX, shell scripting, and file transfer protocol is a must.
Sales Engineer – Payments – This position serves as a liaison to support internal teams with sales to existing credit union customers and serves as the primary liaison for new prospect sales engagements. The incumbent possesses extensive business and technical knowledge that will be relied upon to educate credit unions on the Enterprise’s competitive advantages, including complimentary technology and marketing support and services. This position is responsible for developing a sales funnel and managing and supporting the Enterprise’s sales process as well as working in conjunction with the internal sales team to expand the Enterprise’s footprint in the national market. Travel is required.
Customer Service Associate – This position is responsible for building strong relationships with credit unions through being the single point of contact and providing effective resolutions to daily research, transactions, and software processing challenges. The incumbent solidifies relationships by personalizing the credit union interaction through high-quality phone, email, and web communication tools. This position can require extended hours and weekend on-call coverage in support of our credit union partners.
Account Relationship Manager – This position is primarily responsible for the management of all Enterprise communications, including both voice and data. The incumbent ensures reliable, high-quality communication services for the Enterprise and credit union users in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
Senior Programmer Analyst – This position follows the Programmer Analyst position in growth within the Information Technology – Development department. This position is responsible for all phases of software development, including technical analysis, coding, and unit testing. The incumbent provides high-quality software development toward meeting the desired software solution designed to meet the business needs of credit unions and the Enterprise.

Business Analyst – This position is responsible for providing superior support through research and analysis of projects to promote the effective utilization of the Enterprise software solutions. This position leads credit unions in implementing existing products and services on the core platform. The incumbent performs analysis, unit testing, and prepares documentation.
Implementation and Training Analyst – This position is responsible for all internal and external training in a timely and professional manner. The incumbent coordinates resources and provides the training support necessary for credit unions that are merging and for newly converted credit unions to experience high-quality implementations. The incumbent assists in the delivery of new products and services, and acts as support analyst when not working on an implementation project. This position requires frequent, up to 50%, and extended travel.
eServices Associate – The Information Services department is seeking an eServices Associate. The successful candidate will ensure our online & audio banking, credit retrieval and document archival applications provide superior functionality, and guide the acquisition/development of new products and services while providing product expertise and implementation support. This position also provides problem resolution support and assistance to other staff.
