Business Analyst
Job Location: Remote
As a member of the Information Technology – Development team, this role is responsible for providing superior support through research and analysis of projects to promote the effective utilization of Enterprise software solutions. This position leads credit unions in implementing existing products and services on the core platform. The incumbent performs analysis and unit testing and prepares documentation.
Implementation & Training Analyst
Job Location: Westbrook, Maine
This position is responsible for the development, coordination, and facilitation of technical and skills-based training programs for Synergent credit union partners. The I&T Analyst will train on the Symitar Core Processing system and specialized financial products and services, focusing on core conversion projects. This position also provides software implementation services to new and merging credit unions and supports a variety of applications including, but not limited to, loans and general ledger. This position is responsible for providing superior customer support through implementation processes, needs analysis, unit testing, documentation, set-up support, and training. This position involves extensive customer interaction and service, and the incumbent will demonstrate sound technical knowledge as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills. 50% travel is required in support of conversion projects, go-live processes, and other credit union programs.

Solutions Sales Executive
Job Location: Westbrook, Maine
As a Solutions Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales of all products and services within our Technology Services area, with a secondary focus on selling Payment and Marketing solutions. Your primary role will be partnering with credit unions to evaluate their technology solutions, identify gaps, and implement strategies to address those gaps. You will guide credit unions in selecting the solutions that align with their requirements and strategic goals through discovery calls, vendor evaluation presentations, and reference calls or visits. Additionally, you will lead and mentor members of the sales team, fostering their development and ensuring the successful delivery of client engagements across both technology and payment and marketing solutions.

Synergent is looking for a Corporate Marketing Specialist who can work with the current marketing team on promotion of Synergent as a national brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong writing skills, and the ability to execute new and ongoing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement with prospective credit union partners. The position also helps with the update of marketing materials, email lists, and website lead-generation content and forms.

The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including recruiting, onboarding, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Production Support Associate
Job Location: Westbrook, Maine
This entry-level position is primarily responsible for first-level support for the Production/Automation and Telecommunications areas of the Information Systems – OPS department. This position will provide computer room coverage, fulfilling the Information Systems Operator responsibilities, as scheduled by the Team Leader – OPS. The incumbent monitors daily incident and change ticket flow, as well as initiates necessary tickets in support of problem resolution and modifications to the operating environment. This position will be required to be on call 24×7 for any issues related to these responsibilities.
Infrastructure Support Specialist
Job Location: Westbrook, Maine
This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining infrastructure systems while adhering to standards. The incumbent will have in-depth knowledge of servers, storage, and networking with a high attention to detail. Will work on complex projects independently and relies on extensive experience and judgment to accomplish goals set forth by the Team Lead Infrastructure Support and the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Corporate Information Systems (CIS).
Customer Service Associate
Job Location: Hybrid (Westbrook + Remote)
This position is responsible for building strong relationships with credit unions through being the single point of contact and providing effective resolutions to daily research, transactions, and software processing challenges. The incumbent solidifies relationships by personalizing the credit union interaction through high-quality phone, email, and web communication tools. This position requires extended hours and weekend on-call coverage in support of our credit union partners.
