Team Lead- Business Analysts – This position is responsible for oversight of the Business Analysts in the Development department. The incumbent helps develop assigned team’s customer service skills, while understanding the advantages of a team environment and what it takes to thrive in one. The incumbent creates and upholds processes to ensure consistency and efficiencies, and coordinates the efforts of Business Analysts to ensure successful completion of the assigned projects and conversions.

Creative Design – This position is responsible for the creation of high-quality graphic designs and layouts for forms, marketing, and advertising materials. The incumbent creates and prepares jobs in a timely and professional manner.

Director of Governmental Affairs – This position is responsible for conducting the Maine Credit Union League’s governmental affairs priorities. The incumbent will coordinate with the Vice President of Advocacy & Outreach to conduct and advance the League’s legislative, political, and regulatory agenda. The incumbent will work with the Governmental Affairs Team to build and maintain professional relationships with state and federal elected officials and regulators, and outside organizations with common advocacy interests. This position will be public facing and will often speak on behalf of the League and Maine’s credit unions on policy matters, public hearings, and other advocacy events. This position will take part in Maine Credit Union League committees and support the Maine Credit Union League’s political involvement activities, including but not limited to assisting the Vice President of Advocacy & Outreach in leading and managing the League’s Credit Union Legislative Action Committee.

Project Manager – The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of enterprise-wide business and technology projects that provide exceptional value to credit unions, their staff, and the members they serve. The PM provides input and feedback to ensure that projects and initiatives are accomplished in alignment with Synergent’s mission, culture, and strategic plan. This position may be responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects in a fast-paced environment with multiple business departments, third party vendors, and credit union staff.

Senior Business Analyst/Consultant – This position follows the Senior Business Analyst position for growth within the Core Conversion & Consulting team.  This role is responsible for providing superior data analysis, consulting, and team mentoring/support through consulting engagements and conversions, mergers and migration projects. The incumbent leads credit unions through various events to including but not limited to system utilization, data analysis, data clean up, and project management. The incumbent sets expectations for Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts to successfully convert existing and new products and services on the core platform.  This role also performs final validation of the entire Episys core functionality prior to project live date. This position requires frequent, up to 50% travel, both local and non-local to Maine.

Production Implementation AnalystThis position is responsible for high quality, new payment product program implementations and system installations, troubleshooting and support of software/hardware, along with internal software fixes, changes and upgrades. In addition, the incumbent provides training during, or following, the implementation of these products and services as well as advanced staff training to further the development of support to credit unions.  This position requires 25% travel.

eServices Specialist – This position follows the eServices Associate position in growth within the eServices department. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring online banking, audio banking, credit retrieval, and document archival applications provide leading-edge functionality. Responsibilities include product implementations, escalated support requests, and infrastructure support through systems analysis, database analysis, and product expertise. The incumbent is also responsible for providing 24×7 problem-resolution support, as well as Level 2 guidance and assistance to other staff.

Systems Analyst – This position implements and supports a broad range of the data center’s infrastructure, systems, and applications. As a technical resource, you are responsible for the configuration and maintenance of core business applications and hardware. This role provides guidance and escalation support to Senior Desktop Support Specialist personnel.

Conversion Business Analyst – This position is responsible for providing superior data analysis, mapping and software testing of conversion and merger projects for financial institutions. This position performs analysis of legacy data elements using SQL tools, then maps them to Synergent’s hosted software, provides guidance for programming criteria with our Software Development teams and finally proves those solutions meet the needs of the credit union.

Automation Engineer – This position follows the Senior Automation Engineer position in growth within the Information Systems – OPS department. The incumbent is responsible for supporting all requirements of production processing, including batch job setup, automation setup, and Unix scripting necessary to deliver core and third-party application output. The incumbent is required to be on call 24×7 for any issues related to these responsibilities.

Check Processing Specialist – This entry-level position is responsible for the accurate and timely performance of daily data entry and maintenance functions as requested by credit unions and internal staff. The incumbent is responsible for entering all data received from various sources into multiple web portals and/or balancing workbooks. The incumbent is also responsible for accurately performing departmental tasks within established deadlines. This position is responsible for balancing daily files in excess of $100M daily on behalf of our credit unions. The incumbent performs exception processing and meets Federal Reserve Bank and Electronic Check Clearing House Organization (ECCHO) deadlines and follows regulations established by both.

Customer Service Associate – This position is responsible for building strong relationships with credit unions through being the single point of contact and providing effective resolutions to daily research, transactions, and software processing challenges. The incumbent solidifies relationships by personalizing the credit union interaction through high-quality phone, email, and web communication tools. This position can require extended hours and weekend on-call coverage in support of our credit union partners.
