Salesforce Developer – The Operations team is searching for a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for the design and implementation of the code in and related to Synergent’s use of Salesforce. Candidates must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations and possess complex problem-solving abilities. Candidates should be able to participate in technical requirements gathering sessions, oversee and approve creation and maintenance of application and system documentation used in the design, testing or programming efforts and manage integration processes.
Team Leader – Business Analysts – Our Software Development team is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a team of Business Analysts in our Development department. The incumbent will create and uphold processes to ensure consistency and efficiencies, and coordinate the efforts of Business Analysts to ensure successful completion of assigned projects and conversions.
Assistant Vice President – Development – Our Information Technology team is searching for an Assistant Vice President – Development. This individual is responsible for coordinating research and programming resources within the Development Department to ensure that Synergent delivers superior analysis, research & programming assistance.
Implementation & Training Analyst – We are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual for the position of Implementation & Training Analyst. This position is an integral part of our Implementation & Training Services team, which is responsible for Symitar’s Episys software implementation/installation process, as well as training our clients on our core.
Business Analyst – Our Development team is searching for a highly customer-focused individual with financial services and technical experience. The incumbent will provide superior technical support by researching & analyzing complex incidents to promote the effective utilization of the division’s software solutions. Additionally, this position will lead credit unions in implementing new products & services on the Symitar Episys platform.
Product Implementation Analyst – Our Operations department is seeking a customer focused individual to assist our credit union partners to provide high-quality product, program implementations, and system installations. This individual troubleshoots and provides support on software/hardware, along with internal software fixes, changes, and upgrades. The incumbent provides training during or following the implementation of products and services, as well as staff training to further the development of support to credit unions.
Conversion Business Analyst – We are currently searching for a mid-level Conversion Business Analyst responsible for converting credit union deposit portfolios. This will include understanding clients’ current product offerings and functionality; creating conversion strategy, architecture and coding specifications; and assisting with database validation, testing of product behavior and batch processing (included but not limited to ACH, drafts, certificates, and IRAs). Work to ensure client success by frequently troubleshooting and suggesting ways to improve products and create efficiencies.
Customer Service Associate – Our Operations team is currently searching for a candidate who will provide exceptional customer support to credit unions for our core processing and payment services offerings. This individual should have excellent communication skills, be professional and service-centric, with strong problem-solving skills.
Desktop Support Specialist – Our Corporate Information Systems team is in need of a qualified, ambitious, and positive self-starter for a technical role in supporting and training internal staff. This position includes desktop hardware and software maintenance, as well as coordinating third-party repairs while serving as backup for quote preparation and purchasing hardware/software at the AVP of CIS’ direction. Administration and support of our virtualized end user computing environment is also required as part of this role.
Senior Programmer/Analyst – The Development Team is looking for an experienced Programmer/Analyst. Our programming team is made up of 10 programmers and a data analyst and is responsible for supporting a wide range of projects and technologies.
