We are pleased to announce that Tim Gilman has been promoted to the role of Chief Information Officer for Synergent. The appointment was recently shared by Tyler Hudson, President of Synergent, as part of the organizationโs continued focus on advancing operational excellence and strengthening technology leadership in support of credit unions.
With more than 33 years of service at Synergent and over 45 years of experience in the technology field, Gilman is recognized for his steady leadership, deep industry knowledge, and ability to drive innovation that benefits credit unions and their members.

Driving Innovation for Credit Unions
Throughout his career, Gilman has led efforts to strengthen internal collaboration, streamline operations, and implement technologies that enhance how Synergent serves its credit union partners. He played a key role in Synergentโs adoption of OpCon, helping credit unions benefit from automation and increased scalability, with over 335 million jobs run through OpCon to date. He also played a pivotal role in the initial move to the Jack Henryโข Symitarยฎ core, then known as Episys. His leadership has helped position Synergent to support the evolving needs of credit unions with efficient, member-focused solutions.
As CIO, Gilman will continue to guide the advancement of Synergentโs technology and operations. His insight and direction will be essential as the organization works to support future strategies and deliver ongoing value to credit unions.
