After a brief hiatus, we are pleased to announce the monthly Synergent and Fiserv Webinar Series returns February 25! Steve Rosen, Fiserv’s Director of Strategic Initiatives, will provide an update on fraud trends, risk analyses, industry news, and the latest effects of the COVID-19 pandemic with regards to financial fraud.
About the Series
Through our partnership with Fiserv, this past fall we launched a series of complimentary workshops that cover timely, relevant topics to help credit unions enhance, grow, and protect their payments programs. These were put on pause during the holidays, but we are pleased to resume this series regularly on the last Thursday of each month, but at a new time of 1:00 pm ET.
“Credit unions benefit greatly from being able to obtain the latest payments news and trends in a format that allows for questions and thoughtful discussion,” shared Rebekah Higgins, Synergent’s Payment and Fraud Consultant. “This space is always evolving. Whether we are talking about fraud trends, new ways to integrate products, advances in cards and mobile wallets (like digital issuance), or other payment topics, there’s always something new to learn. These webinars help staff understand the latest news and changes quickly and provide knowledge that can be immediately be put into practice.”
Changes to the Webinar Series
If you attended any of the past webinars in this series, there are a couple changes we want to be sure you are aware of:
- The time of the webinar series has changed from 10:00 am ET to 1:00 pm ET in order to better accommodate our west coast clients.
- The link to register for the series has been updated. To ensure we are best able to contact you in the event of any necessary changes to the monthly webinar schedule, we have changed the registration process. To avoid any future confusion, please delete your existing calendar events that had the webinar series set for 10:00 am.
Even if you were a past registrant, we are asking all participants to complete the form accessed through the new registration page. Once you complete the form, you will be able to save the date directly to your calendar and will receive a confirmation email with full details on how to access the webinar.
Please note: Once you have registered, you are registered for the entire series! The WebEx link and call-in information will remain the same for each webinar.
