Data-driven loan bundle campaign yielded a 134% increase in new balances opened year-over-year!

Meridia Community CU, headquartered in Hamburg, New York, wanted to encourage their members to transfer an existing auto or personal loan, or open a new loan with the credit union. They were able to leverage their data to the max when partnering with Synergent’s award-winning Marketing Services team to launch their “Loan Bundle & Save Event.” During the successful nine-week campaign, the credit union experienced an astounding 134% increase in new balances opened during the same period in the prior year! 335 auto and personal loans were opened totaling $8,716,588 in new balances. Additionally, the campaign was honored in receiving a 2023 MAC Award, a silver in the Market Segment category!
