Mississippi FCU HELOC Case Study
Mississippi FCU of Jackson, MS had the bright idea to entice their members with a limited time HELOC offer. By partnering with Synergent Marketing Services, they were able to turn that into reality. They asked targeted members, What would you do with a Home Equity Line of Credit? Synergent Marketing Services was able to convey the many possibilities provided by a HELOC to members through a well-thought communication strategy, and it proved successful for both the credit union and its members. After the six-month campaign period, there was a 433% increase in HELOCs opened during the same time period in the previous year!
