New Dimensions FCU put members first by implementing a personalized, custom-designed onboarding program with the help of Synergent. The onboarding program helped to educate members about the many ways they can leverage their membership, including what products are available to them and how to use them to their advantage. This campaign has proven successful since 2017, showing yearly increases in product usage per member. From checking account adoption and mobile banking use to loans, New Dimensions FCU’s valuable program placed members at the forefront.
