Oxford FCU was certain they could help members lower their auto and recreational vehicle loan rates or get them into a new, low-interest loan. They were so sure that they made targeted members an offer they could not refuse to try Oxford FCU for refinancing. If the credit union was able to lower a loan rate, the member got $200. If they could not lower the rate, they still got $100 to walk away with!
To bring this inventive, fun campaign to life, they partnered with Synergent’s award-winning Marketing Services team to launch a 12-week omnichannel campaign that dug into their data.
The campaign provided a great return on investment to Oxford FCU. 446 auto and recreational vehicle loans were opened or refinanced during the campaign period totaling $10,861,108. 225 loans could be tied back to the targeted mailing list totaling $5,875,895 in new loan balances!
