Product Analyst

This position assists the Product Development team in documenting and supporting product knowledge throughout the Enterprise, and facilitates credit union education as well as the publication of product related materials. The incumbent coordinates product demonstrations for staff and credit unions as well as the collection and processing of product and market feedback. This position requires the maintenance and coordination of internal and partner relationships to facilitate product knowledge and decision-making. Some travel may be required. The focus for the analyst will be for payment services.

Essential Functions:

  • Support the Product Team in producing, archiving, delivering, formatting, standardizing, and publishing product -related information such as job aids, user manuals, release notes, memos, and updates. Maintain Product collateral such as job aids, Product Sheets, and recorded demos. (R,A)
  • Assist the Product Team in the collection, evaluation, and recording of Market Evidence. Facilitate product-related reporting, metrics, and research for the Product Team to enable data-based decision-making. Document Synergent’s in-house and partner product catalog and facilitate system record maintenance reflecting the products owned by each credit union.
  • Facilitate staff education about products through recorded and in-person demonstrations, training, and documentation. Act as a liaison to Business Development and the ARMs to coordinate product demonstrations and contract renewal product reviews.
  • Create basic financial pricing analysis working with Product Manager or management, including revising product pricing templates, reviewing vendor agreements, update accounting and all stakeholder
  • Provide coordination, and support where warranted, for all product demonstrations. This includes, but is not limited to, third-party partners, internal sales/support, credit union audiences, and other key stakeholders as identified. Monitor and maintain records through Salesforce of demonstrations, internal and partner follow-up requirements, and other related activities required to ensure successful demonstration.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create, document, sustain, and/or improve processes for the execution of products, services and solutions.
  • Assist in the planning for all department activities with the goal of culminating in the delivery of gap analysis and relationship to current and prospective data feeds (i.e., Salesforce, demonstration environment). Support the outline of associated deliverables to support the end-to-end implementation of the management system(s), reporting, and status to ensure organizational alignment and cross-functional/cross-department success.
