In a recent article by CUNA, it was reported that in a new Temkin Ratings survey, credit unions are the only financial institutions that made it into the top 20 of all five consumer feedback categories.
Also coming as no surprise, credit unions excelled in the areas of experience, loyalty, forgiveness, trust, and customer service. Highlighting the many ways credit unions strive to stay on the cutting edge of technology, they also ranked high on Web experience.
