Member-focused campaign won two Diamond Awards and yielded a 22% loan increase year-over-year!

Bayer Heritage Federal Credit Union set out to drive auto loan refinancing growth during the summer by encouraging qualified members to open new auto loans or move existing auto loans from other lenders to their credit union. At the same time, they aimed to reinforce their member-focused, service-driven brand while expanding their appeal to a younger demographic.
